The new gameplay trailer of the much awaited and the most talked about game in the E3 is out, and it seems like the setup of the game is in ancient Egypt circa 49 B.C, which is interesting, which means more history and more solid storyline. The game is set to be launched on October 27 (2017) which gives the developers more time for changes to be made, or features to be announced.
The environmental factor which affects the game is very crucial since it is setup in an area where we have to travel in deserts and seas and ancient villages for treasures and battles and what not? There are new things in the game as well (as far as we know) like ‘boss battles’, ‘an Eagle for scouting’ (just like a drone in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands), No mini-maps (gotta make our way with an Elder Scrolls compass to point you in the direction of quests), the game is more reaction based and free running is the same as any other Assassin’s Creed game which makes it pretty old school!
You play as Bayek, one of the first assassins. He is an Egyptian sheriff and warrior who practices his own form of justice, just like any other vigilante would like to to do. In the gameplay trailer, we see an Eagle (just like those, who have done their cameos in previous Assassin’s Creed games) but this time we get to control it for surveillance and for planning out missions effectively. When we proceed further in the trailer we visit our home village ‘SIWA’ and start to explore it. After exploring more we get into a fort and see our first target to eliminate in the game, Medunamun. After a couple of minutes of in-game gameplay, we see pretty good combat skills of Bayek and the new ‘Arrow Tracker’ which is just mind blowing, therefore, it shows how our character, Bayek, is an extreme marksman!
The game would be available on Playstation 4, Xbox one, and PC!
